Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable high-performance computing systems integrating classical AI with quantum logic gates.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures optimized for future hardware constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize inference engines to reduce latency in real-time quantum simulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for secure and efficient code deployment.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement in computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with exposure to quantum computing concepts (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
