Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum computing infrastructure solutions that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end performance tuning of machine learning pipelines and quantum simulation environments.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts in emerging technologies to identify viable pathways for integration into core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to rigorous security standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and high-availability solutions.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable software products.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to diverse audiences.
