Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for autonomous systems and next-gen robotics.
- Lead the integration of quantum processing units (QPUs) into existing cloud infrastructure and edge devices.
- Oversee the development of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models capable of deep semantic understanding.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 product releases, focusing on AI-driven scalability.
- Mentor and inspire a diverse team of elite software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Computational Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and large-scale software architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Proven experience working with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or similar).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
