Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems integrating classical machine learning with emerging quantum algorithms.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary LLMs optimized for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Define the technical vision for 'Nexus Core', ensuring robustness, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence development.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
