Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and deploy scalable AI architectures that integrate quantum computing capabilities to solve complex optimization problems.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy for Year 2026, identifying emerging trends in AGI and neuromorphic hardware.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models with legacy enterprise systems and real-time data streams.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer high-throughput pipelines for training and inference, minimizing latency and maximizing efficiency.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of world-class researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-level AI architecture or quantum algorithm development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
