Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for production use cases.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or contributing to open-source projects.
