Responsibilities

- Architecture Design: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to translate technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models to improve performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Impact Analysis: Evaluate the ethical implications of AI deployments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning research and production deployment.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to completion.
