Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Architect scalable training pipelines and optimize model inference for real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous research on novel AI methodologies, including reinforcement learning and causal inference.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into practical, market-ready solutions.
- Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI evolution strategy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering production-level AI systems.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex, unsolved problems.
