Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of novel AI algorithms and deep learning models focused on our 2026 strategic goals.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the transition of research prototypes into production-grade software, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing models for accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive actionable insights from data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile: Experience working in agile, fast-paced development environments.
