The Role:
As a Senior AI Research Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing next-generation generative models and agentic workflows. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems, ensuring our solutions are robust, efficient, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models designed specifically for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Autonomous AI Agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token generation costs for high-volume enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research concepts into scalable, production-grade software.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of multimodal AI systems (text, image, audio).
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists on best practices in deep learning and architecture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping high-impact AI products.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision fundamentals.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
