Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel architectures for LLMs, focusing on efficiency, hallucination reduction, and domain adaptation.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning, publishing findings in top-tier conferences.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure high-speed performance in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate research into scalable production features.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, evaluation, and safety (RLHF).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in research or engineering roles within a top-tier AI lab or tech company.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong publication record (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Experience with fine-tuning and instruction tuning of open-source models (Llama, Mistral, etc.).
