Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Design and implement novel training algorithms to improve model efficiency and reduce hallucination rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer-facing products.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model safety, bias mitigation, and robustness.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and deep learning research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
