Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures specifically tailored for Project 2026’s unique objectives.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large-scale models to enhance performance, accuracy, and inference speed.
- Data Strategy: Lead the curation and management of high-quality training datasets for our generative AI systems.
- Research Publication: Collaborate with academia and industry peers to publish findings in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists within the research team.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI concepts to de-risk future product development.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Algorithms: Deep understanding of optimization algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
