Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing seminal AI research with 20+ citations per paper
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing principles
- Mastery of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience leading research teams with $10M+ project budgets
- Demonstrated ability to bridge theoretical research and production deployment
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
