Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Machine Learning architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct high-impact research in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Multi-Agent Systems, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into deployable, high-performance products.
- Mentor junior researchers and define technical best practices within the organization.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Neuromorphic hardware and Quantum Computing integration.
- Drive the development of proprietary datasets and evaluation benchmarks for next-gen models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, specifically with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with distributed training, large-scale model deployment (vLLM, TGI), and model optimization.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation strategies.
