Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects aimed at advancing AI capabilities for the 2026 timeline, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Prototype Development: Design and implement cutting-edge algorithms and prototypes that push the limits of current ML models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

- Publication & Collaboration: Publish high-impact research papers and collaborate with academic institutions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
