Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning algorithms and deep neural network architectures.
- Design and implement scalable AI models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Publish high-impact papers in top-tier conferences and journals to establish thought leadership.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and validation of model performance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
