Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research teams in quantum-AI integration projects
- Develop proprietary algorithms for real-time multimodal data fusion
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on commercialization of research
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent at least 2 novel methodologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (h-index > 25)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (D-Wave, IBM Q) preferred
- Strong background in computational neuroscience or neuromorphic engineering
- Ability to translate theoretical research into production-ready systems
