Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of novel deep learning models for complex, unsolved problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and designers to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications.
- Conduct rigorous research and publish findings in top-tier academic conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD students, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize training infrastructure to handle exascale computations efficiently.
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in research, with a strong publication record.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of machine learning theory, optimization, and statistical methods.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Ray, Kubernetes, Slurm).
