Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct high-level research in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Design and implement novel neural architectures to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic advancements and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our roadmap.
- Conduct rigorous experiments and analyze results to validate model performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or a similar advanced technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed venues or leading open-source projects.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
