Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex real-world problems.
- Lead a team of junior researchers and provide technical mentorship.
- Publish high-impact papers and present findings at top-tier conferences.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong publication record (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) is a significant plus.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Demonstrated ability to translate research concepts into production-ready code.
