Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of state-of-the-art machine learning models focused on scalability and efficiency.
- Drive research initiatives aligned with the Vision 2026 strategic roadmap, exploring emerging fields such as generative AI and neural networks.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models to reduce latency and improve predictive accuracy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to patentable innovations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, preferably in a corporate or startup environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
