In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade deployment, architecting systems that redefine human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of proprietary neural architectures and robotics control systems.
- Model Deployment: Spearhead the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents into production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Research & Innovation: Collaborate with our R&D team to experiment with cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI and edge computing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and accuracy, ensuring real-time performance for critical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming. Experience with distributed training and model serving.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision, with a focus on multimodal systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to drive projects from concept to launch.
