Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural network architectures for real-time decision-making systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver AI solutions ahead of the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of autonomous systems in simulated and real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with robotics middleware (ROS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
