We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Spatial Computing Architect to lead our R&D division, bridging the gap between neural networks and immersive spatial environments.

Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with spatial computing hardware to create seamless, hands-free AI experiences.
- Lead R&D Innovation: Spearhead the development of next-generation predictive algorithms capable of real-time spatial awareness and environmental interaction.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI agents into complex physical and digital ecosystems, ensuring scalability and low-latency performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with UX designers, hardware engineers, and data scientists to deliver cohesive products that redefine human-computer interaction.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in spatial AI systems.
- Prototype & Iterate: Build and test high-fidelity prototypes of future interfaces, validating concepts before mass production.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. A track record of academic or industry innovation is required.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Spatial Computing. Proven expertise in developing systems that operate in real-time environments.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and Generative AI architectures. Experience fine-tuning models for specific spatial applications.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and WebGL. Experience with AR/VR SDKs (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a major plus.
- Visionary Leadership: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire a team to push boundaries.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on future technologies.
