Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 vision and technological milestones.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product management, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Identify emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Media to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards into all development cycles.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning engineering, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products or driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural architectures, and generative AI technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading high-performance teams.
