- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into our core platforms.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and model interpretability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a specialized AI/ML role.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
