Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap for AI infrastructure and model deployment.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling enterprise-grade data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategy with broader business objectives and product timelines.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the 2026 landscape to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architectural assessments for critical projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing systems for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 years) regarding tech evolution and implementation.
