Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision for AI integration across all product lines.
- Technology Roadmapping: Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) and assess their potential impact on our infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate technical roadmaps into actionable business goals.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal R&D initiatives focused on solving complex problems that will arise in the next two years.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor industry benchmarks and competitor AI advancements to maintain our market leadership position.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, product management, or technical consulting.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and building long-term roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
