Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the technical strategy for Generative AI models, ensuring high performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale production models (LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, and high-availability design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
