- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives, investors, and cross-functional teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and delivering complex, large-scale systems on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
