Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the long-term technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for C-level executives and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and business impact.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
