Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Lead architectural design sessions to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency of AI systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the integration of AI agents into existing enterprise workflows.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in defining technical standards and governance frameworks.
