- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and a passion for the future of technology.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
