Responsibilities
- Define the Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle, identifying key technological milestones.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development in generative AI, predictive modeling, and autonomous systems to stay ahead of market trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to global ethical guidelines, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and technical best practices.
- Pilot Programs: Design and launch pilot programs to test new AI capabilities before full-scale deployment, measuring ROI and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in AI architecture, machine learning engineering, or strategic technology roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of LLMs, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing; hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI API.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects and defining roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
