Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Initiatives: Experiment with cutting-edge research areas such as Multimodal AI, Agentic Workflows, and Edge Computing.
- Optimize Model Performance: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model accuracy and latency to ensure superior user experiences.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI seamlessly into core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
