Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for AI integration across the organization, specifically targeting the technological milestones of 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging AI trends and competitive advantages.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and scaling.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
