Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI technology roadmap, identifying key trends and technologies that will drive value in the coming years.
- AI Architecture & Integration: Design and oversee the integration of scalable AI solutions into our core product ecosystem, ensuring seamless performance and security.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading AI research institutions and technology providers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate competitive shifts and validate product hypotheses for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing long-term technology strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
