Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architecture strategy for 2026, focusing on scalability and interoperability.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models, including LLMs and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate business goals into technical AI roadmaps.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Oversee the integration of AI agents into enterprise workflows to enhance productivity.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of launching successful AI products from concept to production.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
