Responsibilities
- Lead high-level research initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders.
- Define and oversee the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor global AI trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale R&D projects.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
