The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our core learning models, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and aligned with our 2026 launch milestones.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable distributed systems for large-scale model training and inference.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and hardware engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize existing codebases for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, parallel computing, and high-performance computing (HPC).
