Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing AI-driven infrastructure and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and deploy next-gen algorithms.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuro-computing) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to launch.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
