Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Global Initiative and related products.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, scalable systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration.
- Oversee system migration projects to ensure zero downtime and data integrity.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure all architectural decisions comply with global security and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and data modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
