Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design scalable and secure frameworks for autonomous AI agents capable of complex, long-horizon reasoning.

- Reinforcement Learning: Implement advanced RL strategies to enable agents to learn from interaction and improve performance autonomously.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and production-grade enterprise software architecture.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish protocols for safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in autonomous decision-making processes.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
