- Design Scalable Neural Networks: Lead the design and deployment of large-scale machine learning models, optimizing for both performance and computational efficiency.
- System Integration & Optimization: Oversee the integration of AI components into broader software ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time processing capabilities.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting deep-dive technical reviews on critical system components.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Implement frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and ethical standards for automated decision-making.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating business goals into technical architectures that drive competitive advantage.
