Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence with meticulous documentation
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Create engaging companionship through conversation, hobbies, and light exercise
- Implement customized care plans developed by RN supervisors
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating home environment
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience (home care agency preferred)
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Physical ability to assist with transfers and mobility
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
