Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and empathy
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Create detailed care plans and maintain accurate health documentation
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote cognitive and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and TB test clearance required
