Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade security architectures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and incident response to neutralize sophisticated cyberattacks before they impact production.
- Oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing programs to ensure zero-trust security postures.
- Develop and automate security monitoring solutions using Python and SIEM tools like Splunk or Elastic.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Lead security awareness training and collaborate with development teams to integrate DevSecOps practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, network security, or a related field.
- Strong certification portfolio, including CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
- Deep expertise in SIEM implementations, log analysis, and forensic investigations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for security automation.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container security (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to executive stakeholders.
