Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models to forecast ticket demand, fan attendance patterns, and logistics requirements for the 2026 event.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into stadium operations, security protocols, and fan engagement apps.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on diverse datasets, including IoT sensor data, social media trends, and historical sports performance metrics.
- Develop real-time dashboards and visualization tools to present complex data findings to executive stakeholders and operational teams.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with international sporting regulations and GDPR standards.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge AI techniques to enhance the fan experience during the tournament.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a quantitative analytics role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with deep expertise in libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Strong experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL databases.
