Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI product roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product strategists in developing next-generation machine learning models.
- Oversee the architecture and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines for enterprise scalability.
- Ensure ethical AI governance, data privacy compliance, and bias mitigation across all proprietary algorithms.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure funding and strategic partnerships for emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation in Spatial Computing and AR/VR integration for the 2026 consumer release cycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of scaling AI infrastructure from prototype to production in high-volume environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and managing cross-functional distributed teams.
